This subscription terms document officially defines the service rules, billing specifications, usage restrictions and related user rights of all paid subscription packages launched by Facelux. This document serves as a supplementary independent agreement matching the Facelux privacy policy and user terms of use, aiming to help users fully understand the specific content of paid subscription services before placing orders. All subscription related services are based on local artificial intelligence operation logic to complete content creation.
All creation tasks under subscription services are processed by local artificial intelligence modules inside users' devices, all uploaded materials and generated works are stored only in the local storage space of user equipment. Users can erase all local data actively at any time, and Facelux does not collect, transmit or reserve any type of user facial data in the whole subscription service process.
By completing payment and activating any subscription package of Facelux, users confirm that they have fully read, understood and accepted every clause recorded in this subscription terms, as well as relevant rules stipulated in Facelux privacy policy and terms of use. This set of terms takes effect immediately after the successful payment of the subscription order, and maintains binding force during the entire valid period of the user's active subscription package.
Facelux cancels the unlimited creation privilege for subscribed users and adopts a cost-effective coin bundled subscription mode. All local artificial intelligence generation functions including static portrait image creation and portrait short video production follow unified consumption standards. Every single generation behavior consumes one hundred coins regardless of image generation or video generation types. The whole coin deduction and content generation process runs on users' local devices, Facelux never collects any facial information from user uploaded materials and generated finished products.
This subscription terms is an annex agreement of Facelux basic user agreement. If there are conflicting descriptions of basic service attributes among multiple agreements, the clauses of this subscription terms shall prevail for subscription related contents; for information storage, local artificial intelligence operation specifications and user behavior constraints not mentioned in this document, the rules of privacy policy and user terms of use shall be executed. The zero-collection rule of user facial data is applicable to all users, covering free users and subscribed users of all package types.
Facelux provides three mainstream auto-renewal subscription packages for users to select according to daily creation demands, covering different usage cycles to meet diversified usage scenarios. The optional packages contain:
Each type of subscription package is equipped with fixed exclusive bundled coins, and the overall usage cost of subscribed coins is lower than purchasing coins through separate in-app purchase channels to provide preferential benefits for subscribed users.
Exclusive bundled coins presented by subscription packages are independent from ordinary coins purchased separately by users. When users use local artificial intelligence to generate portraits and videos, the system will automatically deduct bundled subscription coins with the highest priority. After the bundled subscription coins are exhausted, users can choose to consume self-purchased ordinary coins or upgrade higher-level subscription packages to obtain additional creation quotas. The priority deduction mechanism of subscription coins is completed through local data calculation, and no facial data will be invoked or collected during the data matching process.
All exclusive bundled coins attached to the subscription package are only valid within the corresponding service period of the activated subscription. Once the user's subscription package expires, all unused bundled subscription coins will be cleared permanently and automatically without manual operation from users. The cleared subscription coins cannot be restored, transferred or accumulated to a new subscription cycle.
After users successfully purchase and activate any subscription package via App Store in-app purchase channel, Facelux will synchronize and display real-time subscription data on the dedicated subscription status screen inside the application. The displayed information includes the current active subscription package type, remaining valid time of the package, specific expiration timestamp and the remaining quantity of unused bundled subscription coins.
All subscription status data displayed on the status screen are stored locally on the user's device, including subscription validity period data and remaining subscription coin data. The data update and real-time refresh are completed by the built-in local artificial intelligence auxiliary statistics module. The subscription status statistics function only records service data related to user payment packages, and does not collect any form of user facial data and biometric information.
All subscription package payment behaviors of Facelux are completed through the official in-app purchase channel independently provided by App Store. Facelux will not directly collect any payment funds, bank card information and transaction data from users. All fund settlement and transaction security related work are undertaken by the official operating institution of the application store.
All subscription packages support auto-renewal function by default. The auto-renewal behavior will be triggered within a reasonable time before the current subscription package expires, and the system will deduct corresponding fees from the user's bound payment account automatically. Users can turn off the auto-renewal function manually through the account management page of App Store at any time according to personal usage needs.
Since subscription bundled coins are virtual service quotas and all creation services are completed based on local device operation, once the subscription payment is successful and the corresponding bundled coins are issued to the user's local account, users are not entitled to apply for partial refund for unused coins and residual valid time. The refund application for special circumstances shall be handled in accordance with the unified rules of App Store in-app purchase.
Subscribed users shall still abide by all behavioral constraint clauses in Facelux user terms of use. Users are forbidden to use subscription creation quotas to generate illegal, inappropriate and controversial content via local artificial intelligence functions. The operation team has the right to restrict subscription functions for users who violate relevant usage specifications.
The activated subscription package and bundled exclusive coins are only available for the personal use of the original activating user. Users are not allowed to transfer, resell, gift or rent subscription qualifications and remaining coins to any third party in any form. Any unauthorized transfer behavior will lead to the automatic invalidation of the corresponding subscription service.
The Facelux operation team reserves the right to adjust the bundled coin quantity of each subscription package, optimize the auto-renewal logic and modify partial service clauses of this terms according to market operation conditions and product iteration plans. The adjusted subscription terms will be released inside the latest version of Facelux. Continued use of subscription functions by users after the update represents acceptance of the revised clauses. Any clause adjustment will not change the localized operation mode of creation services and the zero-collection policy for user facial data.
